Easy Swiss Chicken Casserole

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk

Place chicken in greased casserole dish and top with cheese. Mix soup and milk, stir well. Spoon over chicken and cover. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Enjoy!
