Tender Beef Burgundy

2 lbs. cubed stew meat
1/2 cup burgundy wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. I usually put this in the crock pot on low for the day.
