Beef Stew

2 lbs. stew meat 3 potatoes, largely diced
14 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 T. sugar
14 oz. can tomato sauce 3 T. Tapioca
5-6 cut up carrots 3 beef bouillon cubes
1 onion, chopped salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste
3-4 celery stalks, sliced

Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish or crockpot. Cover. Bake 6 hours at 250 degrees or on low all day in crockpot.
